netoCiety created the Networked Innovation (netoVation) Platform as a bundled solution which makes use of a standard Confluence Space, a design template and several standard Confluence plugins "mashed-up". As such, it would require you to own and use Atlassian's Confluence at a minimum. netoCiety would then advise you on the plugins to install in Confluence (including netoCiety's customisations) and provide a basic layout that could then be further customised to meet your corporate design guidelines.
Depending on how "out of the box" you would want the solution or how customised to your specific needs, costs for the use of this platform, which would need to include Confluence license costs if you don't already own one, would not be excessive. netoCiety will allow you to simply export and import this Space/site into your instance of Confluence and further support you in getting it up and running!
The simple steps required in order to get this solution
1. Design
a. You choose from one of our standard templates OR
b. You provide a design brief covering style preferences (colour, logo, etc.) and structure, navigation and information architecture
2. Create
a. We create a prototype in our instance of Confluence using either a template or your guidelines until you are happy with it
3. Buy
a. You pay us for our work (more or less depending on how customised you want the solution)
b. You pay us for a Confluence license, we process payment and you become license holder and get the license key
c. You decide whether you want to host through us or to host the solution yourself
4. Implement
a. We set up Confluence in the chosen hosted environment and implement our work into your environment (simple export/import between Confluence instances)
b. We test and bug fix if required until you are satisfied
5. Go live and multiply
a. We support you in going live with all your users
b. We help you develop your user base (community) if you require it
