We don't want to add to the clutter in your inbox. Our news mails will be infrequent and short. They will mostly be a selection of links to interesting new content in the netoCiety web platform which is powered by Atlassian's Confluence (this mail itself is a page from Confluence, mailed from Confluence) - we hope that you are "pulled" into items of value.

FIRSTOFF

we've decided to open up some of of our Spaces to all of the members registered on netoCiety's platform:

• First is the netoCiety Incubator Space - a Space intended to incubate ideas, friendships, revolutions and collaboration! It's very unstructured and "lite" currently but we hope that you can contribute to improve that - we will certainly be doing so.

• Our second Space should more than adequately compensate. The netoCiety Research Space is packed with recent research reports from many of the top global analyst firms and is fully searchable. We will continue adding, commenting, feeding and generally creating value. Please query or contribute at will.

• • Find out more about the research project we are currently working on in the [current] section of the research space. We are working in a consortium to bid for DTI funding on their Networked Enterprise (aka Enterprise 2.0) programme.

• CharityWiki is the latest iteration of an initiative we founded in 2005. whyCharity was built on an open-source citizen wiki (JSPwiki) but it no longer meets our needs (we have shut the wiki down currently because we cannot control spam like we can with Confluence). So we have started bringing it into Confluence and have refocused efforts on making it an open listing platform for charities like the hugely successful Yellowikis, an open business listing wiki. We will gradually migrate pages, progress design, etc. Any input from you is more than welcome - why not start by adding your favourite charity!
