netoCiety Alumni

netoCiety believes in continuous support to those individuals and organisations it has trained. The netoCiety Alumni is a private network of past students from our training programmes. Access to this growing community of users, administrators and trainers comes automatically once students are registered for a netoCiety training course. We believe that a major part of learning is through discussion and collaboration . Our Alumni community allows students to meet virtually before, during and after their training module.


APPLICATIONSUPPORT

netoCiety offers its clients dedicated support with their use of Confluence. We understand that clients may require specific care and attention especially around certain times (such as with the launch of Confluence to a broader base of users) but can also offer ongoing support as needed.

The primary benefits of our support service is:

  • Telephonic and/or webinar (screen and system sharing) support or issue resolution via Jira for less critical issues
  • Onsite support for critical "solve now" issues where in-person interaction is preferred

The types of support that netoCiety focus on are as follows:

  • End users - understanding of Confluence and resolution of problems
  • Administrators - administration of Confluence and resolution of problems
  • All - use, understanding and administration of plugins, especially the Theme Builder and Bubbles plugins from Adaptavist (Plugins used to modify the layouts of Spaces and manage social networking features in Confluence, respectively)
  • First level support of technical and hosting related issues with Confluence

Should any issue require third party involvement, we have an excellent relationship with Adaptavist and Atlassian. In the case especially of detailed technical and hosting related issues, netoCiety partners very closely with Adaptavist in jointly servicing client needs. In this case netoCiety uses Adapatvist to provide second line support on technical and hosting related issues.
