You can customise Confluence by choosing your site preferences — homepage, language and (in Confluence version 2.3 and later) timezone.
To edit your user preferences,
- Click on the 'Preferences' link (or 'Profile' link, in Confluence versions prior to 2.3) located below the breadcrumbs at the top of the page.
- Click on the 'Edit Profile' tab.
- In the left-hand column, click the 'General' link (under 'Preferences').
- Choose your preferences in the form that is displayed.
- Site homepage — choose the page that you would like to see whenever you login to Confluence.
- Preferred language — choose your language.
- Timezone — choose your timezone.
- Click 'Save' to save your changes.
